Cancellation & Rescheduling
When and How Do I Pay?
We understand things happen. However we require 48 hours notice if you cancelling or rescheduling, so the time can be offered to another client. If the timeslot can't be filled, we don't hear from you, or you simply are a 'no show', then regrettably you will be charged 100% of the fee. No refunds. The best way to contact Janet to reschedule is via email.
Payments are generally required at time of booking. Existing massage clients can arrange payment with Janet. For other new clients and for all other services, you can book and pay for your coaching sessions online through our secure site. Simply click one of the options under Our Services.
