Service Description

Your opportunity to talk through any issues and for Janet to make pragmatic suggestions. These are generally made by Janet 2 weeks following your initial consultation and one month following that. If you require more sessions, this can be easily arranged - no two persons journey is the same.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen. However we require 48 hours notice if you cancelling or rescheduling, so the time can be offered to another client. If the timeslot can't be filled, we don't hear from you, or you simply are a 'no show', then regrettably you will be charged 100% of the fee. No refunds.
