You will be given a full nutrition plan including any recommendations for supplements, herbal remedies and other advice as required.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen. However we require 48 hours notice if you cancelling or rescheduling, so the time can be offered to another client. If the timeslot can't be filled, we don't hear from you, or you simply are a 'no show', then regrettably you will be charged 100% of the fee. No refunds.
