After you've completed the online questionnaire - we will have a friendly chat about your issues and concerns. From this Janet will be able to send your recommendations and set up a follow up appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen. However we require 48 hours notice if you cancelling or rescheduling, so the time can be offered to another client. If the timeslot can't be filled, we don't hear from you, or you simply are a 'no show', then regrettably you will be charged 100% of the fee. No refunds.
