YOGA & MEDITATION
We Work with the Best
While I don't teach yoga and meditation in the practice, I work offering massage treatments from a Anahata Yoga Studio where you will be in safe hands.
When we reference 'Yoga', so often we think of a class where we are guided by posses and stretches. The term Yoga is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve health and happiness.
Learning to meditate can be transformative. It is a beautiful adjunct to practising the physical aspect of Yoga. To be succesful at mediitation you need to take the time to learn. We recommend the Kadampa Centre.
